This Return Policy explains cancellations, refunds, and credits for morning walk group products sold by Cleanvital, including monthly memberships, annual plans, drop-in walks, and corporate bookings purchased through cleanvital.world or our San Antonio coordination desk.
Monthly Memberships
Dawn Circuit Pass and Weekend Ridge Walks renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel anytime by contacting us at least seven calendar days before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current period except as stated below.
If your first two guided walks within a new membership do not match the published pace and route description, contact us within fourteen days of your second walk for a one-time courtesy extension of thirty days or a prorated refund of the current month at our discretion after review.
Annual Membership
Year-Round Trail Society memberships may be canceled within fourteen days of initial purchase for a full refund if you have not attended more than one walk. After fourteen days or after a second attended walk, refunds are calculated as unused whole months remaining, minus a fifteen percent administrative fee, unless local law requires otherwise.
Drop-In Walks
Single drop-in sessions are refundable if canceled at least twelve hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable but may receive a credit toward a future walk once per calendar quarter if you contact us before the session ends.
Drop-in fees credited toward a new monthly plan within fourteen days are applied automatically at checkout when you upgrade through our contact team.
Weather and Cancellations by Us
If we cancel a walk due to severe weather or safety concerns, you receive a reschedule credit or refund for prepaid sessions we cannot replace. Light rain walks may proceed; you will be notified when leaders adjust routes.
Physical Products
Milestone bands, printed route card bundles, and reflective gear sold separately may be returned within thirty days if unused and in original packaging. Custom-printed items with your name are non-returnable unless defective.
Corporate Bookings
Corporate team walks require written cancellation at least ten business days before the event for a full deposit refund. Later cancellations forfeit fifty percent of the deposit, which may be applied to a rescheduled date within ninety days.
How to Request a Refund
Email help@cleanvital.world or call +12108904040 with your name, plan type, purchase date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days. Bank processing times may vary.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of walk access pending investigation.
