These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to cleanvital.world and the purchase and use of morning walk group products offered by Cleanvital. Please read them carefully before enrolling in any plan or attending a walk.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or participating in a guided walk, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Return Policy, each incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Description of Products

Cleanvital provides organized morning walk group experiences, digital and printed route materials, leader-led sessions, optional milestone recognition items, and related coordination services. Product descriptions on group-plans.html summarize inclusions, pricing in US dollars, and scheduling expectations. We may modify routes, meeting points, or session times for weather, safety, or permitting reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

Walk group products are recreational wellness activities, not medical services. Participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness and consulting appropriate professionals if they have health concerns before joining strenuous routes.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least sixteen years old to purchase a membership independently. Younger participants may join with a guardian who signs waivers on their behalf. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Memberships and Billing

Recurring plans renew automatically each billing period unless canceled according to our Return Policy. Prices are listed exclusive of applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise. Failed payments may suspend walk access until resolved. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated as described at purchase.

Single drop-in walks and corporate bookings are charged at quoted rates at checkout or invoicing. Promotional credits apply only under stated conditions and may not be combined unless explicitly allowed.

Participant Conduct

Members must follow leader instructions, remain with the group unless excused, respect public paths and neighbors, and refrain from harassment, intoxication, or behavior that endangers others. We may remove participants without refund for serious violations or repeated disruptions.

Assumption of Risk and Release

Walking outdoors involves inherent risks including uneven surfaces, weather, traffic, and personal injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume these risks and release Cleanvital, its leaders, and partners from liability for ordinary negligence related to inherent activity risks, while not waiving rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Electronic or paper waivers presented before your first walk supplement these Terms and must be signed to participate.

Intellectual Property

All content on cleanvital.world, including text, graphics, route maps, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use route materials for personal participation. You may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute materials without written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our site may link to third-party tools such as map embeds or payment processors. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited. We do not guarantee specific fitness outcomes, uninterrupted scheduling, or error-free website operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleanvital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for direct damages exceeding the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or fifty US dollars, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cleanvital and its personnel from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of products, or violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies. Disputes shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You may also have consumer protection rights under your home state that cannot be waived.

Changes and Contact

We may revise these Terms by posting updates on this page. Material changes to paid products will be communicated to active members when practicable. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance where allowed.
